This presidency, and this election, has brought to the forefront the deep divide in this country. The only way we can move forward is to put aside our differences and work with those who opposed us and who may still oppose us. We must stop fighting them. We must confront their hate with love. The best way to do this is to follow in the footsteps of the Founding Fathers and look to the U.S. Constitution for guidance. So, beginning on January 21, 2021, any new or enhanced Federal programs, such as Medicare-For-All, free Covid vaccines (when they become available), infrastructure projects, etc., should be enjoyed to their fullest extent by all Democrats, while the Constitution-loving Republicans may enjoy only 3/5ths of the benefits of those programs.
